Church Development Services (CDS) has been in business for over 25 years, providing architectural and construction management services to Christian Churches.  Our building plans have been used to construct over 400 Church facilities across America.  We have many repeat customers and much of our business is from past customer referrals.

The variety of Church floor plans and color renderings offered by CDS include Sanctuaries which will accommodate from 100 to over 1,500 people*; half-and full-court gymnasiums; multipurpose buildings; schools; family life centers; traditional and contemporary Church elevations; rectangular, square and octagonal buildings; the ability to do custom design buildings; and complete multi-phase campuses. (*Projects greater than 50,000 ft and over 2000 in seating capacity may fall outside our standard plan fee structure).
