We explain our pricing for several reasons...

1. Many believe they are not getting everything because our price is "too low" ? How do you do it?
2. Many believe they should receive our products and services for "free" - You should do it?
3. We do not strive to be the cheapest
4. We most certainly are not the most expensiv

Church Development Services is a paid ministry. Our goal is to honor scripture and provide superior value.

If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. 1 Tim 5:8 NIV

Our people must learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order that they may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives. Titus 3:14 NIV

We are called to honor God by voluntarily returning some of the blessings he gives us. The Israelites were commanded to give 10 percent under a covenant that could not make them perfect (Heb. 7:19; 9:9). How much more joyfully should we give to God under the new covenant? The old covenant gave us condemnation; the new covenant gives us justification and peace with God. How much more should we be willing to give freely and generously so God's work can be done in the world -- to proclaim the gospel, to declare the new covenant ministry that gives us true life, and gives that message of life to others?

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." Luke 6:36-38 NIV

Our Conclusion

Christians have a duty to support the preaching of the gospel, to give financial support to their spiritual leaders, and the church needs this support. (I do this personally by tithing to the local church where I am a member.)

As believers the New Testament challenges us to do more than a tithe. It is for this reason that our pricing is below market rates in almost every category. Church expansion requires sacrifice on behalf of a congregation - financial sacrifice, time sacrifice, and generous giving. As your expansion and design consultants we set an example by balancing the need to take care of our family and stay productive in business, with the duty to support the growth of His Kingdom.
